Leadership Frontier Programs
Leading Change with the McKinsey 7S Framework is a four-week applied leadership course designed to help leaders, managers, consultants, and change sponsors diagnose organizational misalignment and lead sustainable change. Learners explore the seven interconnected elements of the McKinsey 7S Framework: Strategy, Structure, Systems, Shared Values, Style, Staff, and Skills.
Through practical activities, organizational case analysis, discussions, quizzes, and guided templates, learners assess how changes in one organizational element affect the others. They will identify alignment gaps, engage stakeholders, address resistance, establish priorities, and develop an integrated change roadmap.
By the end of the course, learners will produce a practical 7S Change Alignment Plan that includes recommended actions, responsibilities, timelines, success measures, and risk controls. The course emphasizes application, enabling participants to use the framework immediately within their organizations, teams, or consulting engagements.
