These Terms of Use govern your access to and participation
in all programs, courses, coaching services, and digital resources offered
by Leadership Frontier University (LFU). By using our website or enrolling
in any offering, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing LFU’s website or registering for a program,
you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), and
you agree to comply with the policies outlined here and within related
documents (Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Student Conduct Policy).
2. Non-Degree Status
LFU provides non-degree professional development,
leadership training, coaching, certificate programs, and micro-courses.
We do not offer degrees or accredited academic credentials.
Completion certificates reflect participation and skills gained through our
programs.
3. Use of Content
All content—videos, workbooks, templates, lectures,
coaching worksheets, logos, and materials—is the intellectual property of LFU
or our content partners. You receive a personal, non-transferable
license to access and use content for your learning only.
You may not:
- Redistribute or resell our
content
- Share your login credentials
- Copy, adapt, or publicly share
copyrighted materials
- Record or reproduce live classes
or coaching sessions
Unauthorized use may result in removal of access without
refund.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the platform ethically and professionally.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login information, participating
respectfully in community spaces, and submitting honest, original work in all
assignments.
5. Payment &
Enrollment
Payments for programs are due at the time of registration.
Access is granted only upon successful payment unless a special arrangement has
been made.
6. Platform Availability
We aim to maintain continuous access to our courses and
LMS. However, we may experience scheduled maintenance or unforeseen
interruptions. LFU is not liable for delays caused by technical issues beyond
our control.
7. Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching services are educational and developmental. Our
coaches do not provide legal, clinical, therapeutic, or medical advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
LFU is not responsible for business losses, career
outcomes, or decisions made based on educational content. All learning and
coaching are for professional development purposes only.
9. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these
terms, engage in fraud, misuse content, or create disruptions.
LFI
