Refund Policy
Effective Date: December 2025
Leadership Frontier University seeks to provide
transparent, fair, and ethical refund practices that balance student
satisfaction with the operational realities of digital education.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are offered under specific conditions:
a. Digital Courses
(Self-Paced)
Because digital content becomes accessible immediately,
refunds may be issued only within 72 hours of purchase if
less than 10% of the course has been accessed.
b. Instructor-Led Programs
& Live Workshops
For scheduled programs:
- Full refund available up to 7
days before the program start date.
- 50% refund available 3–6
days before the start date.
- No refund within 48 hours of
the start date, due to seat reservation and instructor commitments.
c. Coaching Packages
Coaching packages are refundable at a pro-rated
rate for unused sessions, provided cancellation is requested within 14
days of purchase. Completed sessions are non-refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:
- Downloaded materials (PDFs,
toolkits, templates)
- Completed coaching sessions
- No-shows for live events
- Programs purchased through
third-party platforms
- Promotional, discounted, or
scholarship-based enrollments
3. Course Cancellation by
LFU
If LFU must cancel a program due to low enrollment,
instructor illness, or other reasons, learners may choose between:
- A full refund
- Transfer to another cohort
- Course credit redeemable within
12 months
4. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@lfrontier.institute with:
- Full name
- Order number
- Program enrolled in
- Reason for refund
Requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days.
