Student Conduct
& Academic Integrity Policy
Effective Date: December 2025
Leadership Frontier University is committed to maintaining
a positive, respectful, and ethical learning environment. Our community relies
on shared values of integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability.
1. Professional Conduct
Expectations
Students are expected to:
- Engage respectfully with
instructors, coaches, and peers
- Participate honestly and
constructively in live sessions, groups, and discussions
- Maintain a growth-oriented and
inclusive mindset
- Avoid harassment, discrimination,
or disruptive behavior
Any behavior that creates an unsafe or hostile learning
environment may result in disciplinary action.
2. Academic Integrity
Academic integrity is foundational to the learning
experience. Students must uphold honesty and originality in all submissions.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Plagiarism
- Submitting work generated
entirely by AI without disclosure or permission
- Copying assignments or
assessments from others
- Sharing answers to quizzes or
assessments
- Misrepresenting work in coaching
exercises
Violations may result in assignment failure, suspension
from the program, or removal from the platform.
3. Appropriate Use of
Technology
Students agree to:
- Protect login credentials
- Do not share accounts with others
- Use the LMS for learning purposes
only
- Avoid recording, distributing, or
reproducing course content or coaching sessions
4. Respect for
Intellectual Property
All course materials belong to LFU or its instructors.
Redistributing, repackaging, or reselling materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Coaching Etiquette
In coaching sessions, students are expected to:
- Show up on time
- Communicate honestly
- Maintain confidentiality
- Avoid inappropriate, aggressive,
or abusive behavior
6. Disciplinary Actions
Depending on the severity of the violation, LFU may impose:
- Written warning
- Temporary suspension
- Loss of course access
- Permanent removal from LFU
programs
- Revocation of certificates
Students removed due to policy violations are not
eligible for refunds.
